MA, March 20, 2008 -Boston Applied Technology, Inc. (BATi),
a leading manufacturer of ultra-fast photonics devices, successfully
exhibited at the Optical Fiber Communication Conference and Exposition
(OFC) at the San Diego Convention Center, San Diego, CA, February
showcased its nano-second speed, low-loss optical devices based
on the revolutionary electro-optical material OptoCeramicTM.
These included BATi's newly developed NanonaTM ultra-fast optical
switch and also the high speed VOA, micro-VOA and solid-state polarization
days more and more business applications require high speed communications."
observes Run Zhang, VP of engineering, "our ultra-fast devices
can perfectly meet the speed requirements of our customers."
BATi expects that the speed and rugged design of its photonics devices
will enable many business applications.
