Ferroelectric
materials have shown great potential for microwave, electro-optic, integrated
circuit, MEMS, capacitors and energy storage applications. Barium Strontium
Titanate (BST) is currently one of the most interesting ferroelectrics
due to its high dielectric constant, low loss and composition dependent
Curie temperature (from 30 to 400 K). BATi has the capability to provide
BST in thin film and bulk forms. BST thin film is deposited using a
Metal-Organic Chemical Liquid Deposition (MOCLD) method. PMN-PT, PZN-PT
and other electro-optic/ferroelectric/dielectric films are also available.
